Morris just got back from a ride and thinking about you. There’s nothing wrong with taking a day off. Instead of riding sick until you get a scheduled rest day and totally running down your immune system and body ….Take a Day Off. You’ll be amazed at how much better you’ll feel and how much more you’ll enjoy each riding day. If you don’t, your body will never really recover and it will take away from the wonderful experience of ridng through Africa.
Morris you are the best! Getting ready for Easter here and start of MLB. D’back’s open tonight.
Stay well and Peddle On………….
